Your Renovation Journey
A step-by-step process designed for clarity, confidence, and a stress-free experience
Phase 1: Consultation & Design
(1 Week)
Define needs, view portfolios, and plan layout
Initial meetings with interior designers, concept development, and budget alignment.
Phase 2: Approval & Contracting
(1–2 Weeks)
Finalize scope and submit for HDB permit
Confirm quotation, sign contract, and submit renovation plans to HDB.
Phase 3: Structural & Core Works
(3–5 Weeks)
Hacking, plumbing, wiring, tiling, waterproofing
All major groundwork and concealed works begin to shape the space.
Phase 4: Fittings & Finishes
(4–7 Weeks)
Carpentry, painting, ceilings, and fixture installation
Off-site cabinets delivered and installed, surfaces painted, and fittings added.
Phase 5: Final Touches & Handover
(1–2 Weeks)
Defect fixing, cleaning, and move-in prep
Detailed checks, deep cleaning, and final walkthrough with handover.
